The cost of housing for a traveler in Warsaw is not high by European standards. Many offers in standard booking systems. Here are the estimated prices for hotels.

Recently, I prefer to book apartments from individuals. So in Warsaw it was a cozy studio apartment near the bus station and the center. About 26,4 USD = 25 EUR per day

- The average size of an apartment in Warsaw is about 50m2
- The sale price per square meter of housing is about 1 945,7 - 2 432,1 USD = 8 000 - 10 000 PLN that is, an average apartment of 50m2 will cost about 97 284,1 - 121 605,1 USD = 400 000 - 500 000 PLN
- Apartment (about 50m2) rental costs 559,4 - 681 USD = 2 300 - 2 800 PLN per month, as shown in the photos below

Tips for finding accommodation in Warsaw
- To search for long-term housing at the best price, use a Bulletin board for local residents, for example gumtree.pl
- It’s convenient to use google translator for websites to translate from Polish to you langauge
- Notice that prices from real estate agencies are calculated for newcomers and will be traditionally inflated
Utility Payments in Poland
- Utility bills for an average apartment of about 50m2 73 - 97,3 USD = 300 - 400 PLN per month
- Of these, electricity costs about 0,16 USD = 0.15 EUR for a kilowatt per hour
- Internet cost on average 9,7 - 12,2 USD = 40 - 50 PLN for unlimited home Internet

I didn't see bottled water for 2 pln for 5 litres (in some groceries it can be, but not at all) there are also some too high prices. Jack Daniels can be even lower. I dont know in whichone grocery you have been but we also have more expensive and less expensive shops. Once we have "Biedronka (ladybug)" which is part of a Portuguese firm. This one has very low, atractive prices and so on and it's very popular. We have also shoppings like: Tesco (they try to move out), Carrefour (French). Nowadays local businesses are becomeing more popular.
